Return & Refund Policy – RMN Store (Ruman group)


1. Return Window

Customers can request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving the product.


2. Conditions for Return


  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, seal, tags, stickers, and invoice must be intact
  • Products with damage, leakage, or signs of use will not be accepted



3. Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted for:


  • Opened or broken-seal products
  • Hygiene-based items (skincare, makeup, lipcare, grooming products)
  • Missing free gifts or combo items



4. Eligible Cases for Return/Exchange

Return or replacement is accepted only if:


  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item, wrong shade, or wrong quantity delivered
  • Product is expired



5. Refund and Replacement


  • Customers can choose replacement or refund
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment mode within 3–7 working days after product inspection



6. Return Shipping


  • If the product is wrong, damaged, or defective, RMN Store will cover shipping costs
  • For mind-change returns, shipping cost will be borne by the customer



7. Return Process


  • Customers must request a return within 10 days via WhatsApp, email, call, or website portal
  • Photo/video proof of the product may be required
  • After approval, pickup or shipping instructions will be provided
  • Refund or replacement will be processed after product verification



8. Damage Claims


  • Any damage must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence



9. Order Cancellation


  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • After dispatch, only return/exchange is allowed per policy



10. Final Terms


  • RMN Store reserves the right to update this policy anytime
  • In case of disputes, the company’s decision is final
