Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time


  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days after confirmation
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day



2. Delivery Time


  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on the location
  • Remote or non-metro areas may take longer due to courier limitations



3. Shipping Charges


  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout
  • Free delivery may be available on selected products or minimum order value



4. Order Tracking


  • Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email
  • Tracking status may take a few hours to update after dispatch



5. Delivery Attempts


  • Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times
  • If the customer is unavailable or address is incorrect, the order may be returned or cancelled



6. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery


  • RMN Store is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to:
    • Wrong or incomplete address
    • Unreachable phone number
    • Customer unavailability



7. Damaged or Tampered Packaging


  • If the package appears tampered or damaged, customers should:
    • Take photos/video
    • Refuse delivery or accept with proof
    • Inform us immediately within 24 hours



8. Shipping Coverage


  • We ship across India (pin codes covered by courier partners)
  • Some areas may not be serviceable depending on logistics



9. Cash on Delivery (COD)


  • COD may be available based on pin code
  • Extra COD charges may apply (if applicable)
