Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days after confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
2. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on the location
- Remote or non-metro areas may take longer due to courier limitations
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout
- Free delivery may be available on selected products or minimum order value
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email
- Tracking status may take a few hours to update after dispatch
5. Delivery Attempts
- Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times
- If the customer is unavailable or address is incorrect, the order may be returned or cancelled
6. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery
- RMN Store is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to:
- Wrong or incomplete address
- Unreachable phone number
- Customer unavailability
7. Damaged or Tampered Packaging
- If the package appears tampered or damaged, customers should:
- Take photos/video
- Refuse delivery or accept with proof
- Inform us immediately within 24 hours
8. Shipping Coverage
- We ship across India (pin codes covered by courier partners)
- Some areas may not be serviceable depending on logistics
9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD may be available based on pin code
- Extra COD charges may apply (if applicable)
